Michael is an Entrepreneur and Investor in the hospitality space. He was a Founding Partner of Swiss Hospitality & Partners and serves on the Board of Swiss Hospitality Collection and Oro Verde Hotels. Michael brought the Ritz-Carlton brand to Switzerland by opening the Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix in Geneva. Michael holds an MBA from Bocconi University, Milan and a Master’s degree from the Zurich Conservatory. He lives in Malta with his family.

Jan is a board member of Global Hotel Alliance and CEO of the ASMALLWORLD group. He has over 10 years’ experience as a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company and is an expert in growth strategy and operational execution.
Jan holds an MBA from the Nanyang Business School and a Master’s Degree in Strategy & International Management from St. Gallen HSG. He lives in Zurich, Switzerland.

Alexander is an Entrepreneur and Investor in the hospitality industry. He is the Founder of Swiss Hospitality Collection, one of the largest Swiss hotel associations, and an experienced business consultant, specializing in value creation for hotel owners. Alexander has over 15 years of expertise in strategic hospitality marketing and distribution. He holds an MBA from Bocconi University, Milan, and a Master’s Degree from the Zurich Conservatory. He and his family live in Zurich, Switzerland.

Formerly coordinating brand collaborations for a variety of companies in the Hollywood entertainment industry, Victor brings his marketing expertise and commitment to global partnerships to ASMALLWORLD Group. Alumni of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, he is a founder and board member of a European private equity fund, steering it towards sustainability. Victor lives with his wife in Zurich, Switzerland.

With a diverse background of hotel operations, Galia has worked in the Front Office department for several major hotel brands in Europe, USA and Middle East. Galia brings her guest experience expertise to the ASMALLWORLD DISCOVERY loyalty programme, ensuring a seamless journey for all our hotels throughout the program. She holds a degree in Hotel Management, and lives in Dubai, UAE.
